- TO BETTER ORGANIZE THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE TABLES AND POSITION THE CUSTOMERS WITH AN APPROPRIATE DISTANCE, BOOKING IS NECESSARY AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE

The room, furnished with old wooden furniture, is warm, intimate and welcoming, with a large window towards the valley. It can accommodate up to 18 people, with a large courtyard for outdoor dining with an additional 24 seats. Annamaria will be with you at the tables for a snack, lunch, dinner or even just for a simple coffee and biscuits (bar service closed during lunch and dinner hours and in the period of August).

 

Our cuisine recalls the two gastronomic souls of Piedmont: the peasant one of the farmhouses and that of the Savoyard presence, which together contributed to the great variety of recipes with which Ferdinando confronts himself every day.

From rustic dishes such as Polenta, Bagna Caoda, Tajarin, anchovies to green Bagnèt up to delicious Eggnog, Mixed Boiled, Roasted Wild Boar. The list is long and changes based on the seasonal availability of the quality raw materials we use, raw materials that we will always try to get as much as possible in the valley.

Mushrooms, wild seasonal herbs that we collect directly, game chosen by our trusted butchers, berries… we will amaze you every week with different proposals, from appetizers to desserts.

With a fixed menu, we prepare dishes both for guests who love meat and for those who prefer vegetarian dishes, so as to satisfy every palate.
